You work full-time. You have responsibilities. But you still need that IELTS score. Here's a plan that works with your schedule, not against it.

Week 1: Diagnostic & Foundation

Take a full practice test on Saturday. During weekdays, spend 45 minutes each evening reviewing basic grammar and vocabulary.

Week 2: Reading & Listening Focus

Mornings (30 min): Listen to English podcasts during commute. Evenings (45 min): One reading passage with questions.

Week 3: Writing Intensive

Write one Task 1 and one Task 2 essay daily. Use templates to structure your responses. Get feedback if possible.

Week 4: Speaking Practice

Record yourself answering Part 2 cue cards daily. Practice with a study partner or tutor twice this week.

Week 5: Full Mock Tests

Do 3 full practice tests this week. Review every mistake. Focus on your weakest areas.

Daily Routine Template

  • Morning commute: 30 min listening
  • Lunch break: 15 min vocabulary review
  • Evening: 45 min focused practice
  • Weekend: 2-3 hour practice test
